At LICK NAIL, we understand that plans change and sometimes you may need to
cancel or modify your booking. Please read our cancellation policy below for more
information.
Cancellation by Customers:
a) LICK NAIL offers a 1 day cancellation policy for most bookings. This means
that if you cancel your order 1-2 days before the scheduled date of your Order,
you will be eligible for a full refund.
b) If you cancel your order within 2-3 days of the scheduled date of your order, a
cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking amount will be charged.
c) No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the order will be charged the full
booking amount and will not be eligible for any refund.
d) Cancellation requests must be made in writing, either by email or through our
website & cancellation request form. Please provide your booking details,
including your order number, name, and contact information, to facilitate the
cancellation process.
Cancellation by LICK NAIL:
a) In the unlikely event that Lick Nail needs to cancel or modify a booking due to
unforeseen circumstances, we will notify the customer as soon as possible and
offer alternative options or a full refund.
b) LICK NAIL reserves the right to cancel or modify a booking due to circumstances
beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or
government regulations.
Refunds:
a) Refunds for cancelled bookings will be processed within 3-4 business
days from the date of cancellation.
b) Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the
booking.
c) Any fees charged by third-party payment processors or banks for
processing refunds will be deducted from the refund amount.
Changes to Bookings:
d) Customers may request changes to their bookings, such as date
modifications or room upgrades, subject to availability and additional fees.
e) Changes to bookings must be requested in writing, either by email or
through our website & modification request form. Please provide your
booking details, including your order number, name, and contact
information, to facilitate the modification process.
Special Circumstances:
a) In case of special circumstances, such as medical emergencies or
unforeseen travel restrictions, LICK NAIL may waive or modify the
cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis.
b) Customers must provide valid documentation or evidence to support their
request for a waiver or modification of the cancellation policy.
